Dear Tom,

I just wanted to take the time out in this letter to thank you very much for the
touch-up work on my white Toyota Corolla on Saturday morning/afternoon
with my daughter. That was very kind of you not to charge me and to allow
us to sit in your cool, air-conditioned office.

The detail work looks great, and I really appreciate your touching up the
little spots on the car.  Needless to say, I am recommending you to all my
neighbors and co-workers when they need any body work on their cars,
and of course our cars as well. I will let them know that it's definitely
worth the drive! Also, your two friends/colleagues who were talking with
